Job Description

• Accurately translate business documents, emails, contracts, specifications, and proposals from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Interpret live conversations during meetings, video conferences, and site visits between English and Mandarin speakers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels.

Qualification

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience: Previous experience in a translation role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in translation software and tools. Familiarity with business communication platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain and Update employee records and HR databases
• Assist and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support employees relationships by addressing request, grievances or other issues
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Organize HR-related documentation's such as contracts, NDAs, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve company culture and employee engagement

Qualifications:
